Student can request any of the following documents using our student request form :
- Status Letter
- Programme completion Letter
- Examination Schedule letter
- Income Tax letter
- Fees payable letter
- Transcript
Kindly note that where applicable requests will not be processed until payment is made and verified.
Transcript
Request for Transcript
Request for transcripts can come from students, educational institutions and bodies requiring academic information for standard conversion purposes (conversion to College credits) or for admittance. Requests can be made in writing or via email.
When a student makes a request in writing, they must state their name, address, phone number, course attended, student ID number, email address. If the request is made online the same information is required. The College will respond within three working days, outlining the cost and when it can be collected.
Past students will receive transcripts after providing proof of payment to the Quality Coordinator. Students collecting transcripts must have their Identification Card or Student Identification Card and must sign to acknowledge collecting the transcript.
Students requesting transcripts to be sent to another College or Educational Institution must provide the full information of the receiving institution (correct address, telephone number, and department).
The College will normally contact the College/ Educational Institution before posting out the transcript. However, the transcript must be paid for before it is dispatched.
Organization Requesting Student Transcript
The College does not send student transcripts to any organization unless permission is given from the student to do so. Student information is treated in a highly confidential manner.
