IT for Executive Secretaries

  11. The speed and accuracy of producing these reports are greatly improved.
  12. Students also learn how to use IT to improve the other secretarial duties they perform, e.g. making and scheduling appointments, making itineraries, managing the boss’s time.
  13. They learn how to use the internet effectively for the organization’s benefit and how to send, process, store and transmit e-mail information

Registration

  • Applicants on the program must possess:
  • A minimum of three (3) CXC or GCE O’Level subjects Including English Language
  • At least two (2) years Secretarial experience
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Access


A candidate who is 26 years or older may be accepted without the above academic pre-requisites on the basis of having three (3)years experience in the Secretarial field. Employers must ensure that participants meet the above registration requirements
